Pizza East Comes West.

We're very happy that Pizza East has come our way. It's a lovely space, converted from an old pub on the corner of Golborne and Portobello Road. The food looks good. Open from 8am.
Welcome to the neighbourhood! Read more and see the menu here.

Another Soho delight.

Bob Bob Ricard on Beak Street. It's really rather special. Imagine anything from Macaroni Cheese and Hamburgers to Beluga Caviar and Chateaubriand, or Raspberry Ripple milkshake and Hot Chocolate to Pear Bellini and Russian vintage vodka shots. The interior is delightfully decadent, inspired by the style of the Orient Express, the service friendly and helpful. It's open for brunch on the weekends, and goes through to dinner via English afternoon tea. You might have guessed that the owners are both Russian and English. It's an interesting and unusual fusion. The prices go right across the board, so you need to be aware, but it's definitely worth the visit. We've been back more than once.

New breakfast discovery

Yesterday we discovered a new great place for breakfast. We'd actually read about it on someone else's blog, but can't remember who (so thank you whoever you are.) The look of the place is simple and really stylish. The menu delicious. Good coffee. What more can you ask? Caravan, 11-13 Exmouth Market, EC1.
