Now that's what we call a getaway!

This is where Ralph Lauren goes for a little time out. A place where he can feel like a real cowboy!
Far away from it all in Colorado. Found on The Selvedge Yard. From an article in Architectural Digest. It's pretty perfect, don't you think?

Dreaming of summer.

...and wearing lovely Rondini sandals like these. Found at Garance Dore.

Another Soho delight.

Bob Bob Ricard on Beak Street. It's really rather special. Imagine anything from Macaroni Cheese and Hamburgers to Beluga Caviar and Chateaubriand, or Raspberry Ripple milkshake and Hot Chocolate to Pear Bellini and Russian vintage vodka shots. The interior is delightfully decadent, inspired by the style of the Orient Express, the service friendly and helpful. It's open for brunch on the weekends, and goes through to dinner via English afternoon tea. You might have guessed that the owners are both Russian and English. It's an interesting and unusual fusion. The prices go right across the board, so you need to be aware, but it's definitely worth the visit. We've been back more than once.

Temple Guiting Manor

Imagine that you wanted to have a very special weekend away. Imagine that you wanted to find a beautiful old manor house that was rich in history. Imagine that it was once home to the Knights of the Templar and even mentioned in the Doomsday book. But then, even though you wanted to be in a historical setting, you really wanted to have all of the modern comforts. We think that we've found just the place. it's called Temple Guiting Manor. Set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside and sitting in 14 acres of land. It's a dream come true. They even have a separate newly converted barn that can be rented out separately which is just divine! you can read more about it here and read a review in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. oh, by the way, they also have joined up with Sophie Conran for bespoke country house parties. Read about them here.

Clint Eastwood, you're so cool!

If we were choosing a bag for him, it would probably be either our Chicago bag or Brasil bag, or maybe even the Borneo. What do you think?
Images found here.

New collection coming soon.

Nivaldo has been working hard to finish the samples for the latest collection. Now we just have to photograph it. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready to go.

It's a sock thing...

Love this picture. Particularly drawn to his socks! Found on The Sartorialist.

New breakfast discovery

Yesterday we discovered a new great place for breakfast. We'd actually read about it on someone else's blog, but can't remember who (so thank you whoever you are.) The look of the place is simple and really stylish. The menu delicious. Good coffee. What more can you ask? Caravan, 11-13 Exmouth Market, EC1.

If you happen to be in Milan...

You might be interested to see this exhibition. Wallpaper have been working with different designers, artists, craftsmen and more, to create some beautiful handmade products for this show. We were asked to design two things. A set of wash bags and a special (huge) bag for a collapsable bike to go in. We'll post the pictures of the bags soon. Read more about it here.
